Reduce the Cost of Living by Renting Property
It is not hard to find decent apartments in a city as big as Dallas as rents are 20% lower and Texas is deemed as the fourth least expensive state to live in.
However rents vary according to apartment type and it is estimated that a one bedroom-hall-kitchen can be acquired for $650 and a studio apartment at $450 per month. Similarly the rent for two bedroom, luxury and split level loft apartments is approximated at $900, $2500 and $775 per month respectively. Apartment rents drop $50 as you move towards the outer lying areas of the city.
Another way to effectively cut rental cost is choosing to live in a basic apartment building rather than those that have a number of add on amenities that you are least likely to use.
All said and done renting an apartment is the best option to enjoy city life within all budgets.
